"Incredible!" the kid marvels as he stares across the grand halls of the academy, decorated in a rich and ornate fashion. He then notices one of the info desks near the entrance and tugs on Ismay's hand a little. "Miss, I reckon I can find where my sister is there!" he exclaims in excitement and squeezes her hand. He then addresses the rest of the group "Thank ya for bringin' me along! I should be good from 'ere on." He gives the group a brief bow and runs off to the info desk to ask for his sisters whereabouts.

With the group finally resuming their trek to the school, Ismay resigns herself to taking in the sights of the city. It had been a while since she had been to her hometown, so it was a welcome reprieve.
Upon reaching the Academy, the young boy immediately stares in awe of their surroundings. It was funny to Ismay that the boy was so fascinated with the Academy grounds. Considering he wore a uniform he must have attended th- Ahhh… How adorable~ The boy’s uniform likely wasn’t his own, but his sister’s. She must have been older, which explained the larger size. The two seemed to care for each other very much from Ismay could tell. It was something that eased her worry about his long term well-being. In the midst of her minor discovery, a small voice could be heard shouting from further in the hall. It was most likely just a student making a ruckus rather than anything important.
“It is quite marvelous, isn’t it?” Ismay says in return to the boy. She feels a small tug, and looks down to her small companion. “You really needn’t call me Miss,” she laughs, donning a comically bashful expression. She wasn’t that old, was she? “Ismay will do just fine.”
Immediately after, the kid thanks the group and runs to the nearby help desk. “Alright, well please be safe!” The Knight calls out. She had a feeling she’d run into him again. He had that certain quality about him; An aura that deviated from quite far from the norm.
“Well, we made it in one piece. Do you two happen to know where your group is on the campus?” Ismay says cheerfully. “By the way, Mr. Atheriein, what land do you hail from?”

The thief starts to feel more at ease as they continue through the city, visibly relaxing his shoulders as the heavy gazes of others does so. He notes the child's reactions as they walk through the academy grounds his awe is fitting, but it seems the boy hadn't been here many times. He eases up a bit more on familiar ground despite the chaos the other day. Just as he begins to think of where to go to find the others, his ears perk at a familiar voice echoing from further down the upper hallways. He slowly and casually shifts his head in the direction of the sound and sighs half-eyed his earlier suspicions confirmed somewhat though the voice belongs to another. The boy's exclamation brings him back to the present group and he nods in response to the boy's bow, saluting very casually as the Knight wishes the small traveler happy trails.
"Heh. I have a bit of an idea where they might be... But didn't you need to report in or something? I thought you were assigned to investigate the academy after all. No point of contact or something?" He cocks his head a little with his hands still in his pockets, as they have been since they started their way to the academy.

Dethrial twiddles his thumbs and hums a few songs as the groups walk back up the slowly sloping streets to the upper districts and eventually to the gaudy academy. With each step the eyes of people were more and more withdrawn to their own world, some cold like a fish's and others hungry and burning with need. Eetch, I just need to be careful about this boy and this city. We're walking into a besat's lair and escorting a demon to who knows what. Maybe, Rey or Lyn can tell me what he is, and if need be we'll get the information out of him using less ethical methods. As the walls and gates of the academy rise up a looming sense of dread settles into Dethrial's bones and the surprising lack guards only increased this feeling. Turning to J "It's odd one would think after the incident yesterday people would be more scared or there would be more guards."
As they entered the building Dethrial scans the lobby looking for anything strange to have his ears perk at the sound of a familiar voice. Selene?! The voice gave him a slight bit of joy but his tact kept him from calling back to her encase any of the wrong attention would be drawn to them. The boy seemed to marvel at the seemingly endless waste of the academy and eventually removed himself from Ismay to go to a information desk. The woman seemed conficted for small moments and then seemed to ease into a smile again. She then called him by his last name and in a very formal way and asked where he had come from. Dethrial took a moment to speak not willing to give to much away. "I am from Nortal a land far away from here." He kept his words warm and truthful to keep from seeming shifty.

Ismay pauses and blinks a few times, attempting to process J’s response. “...No.” She slowly says, stepping through his logic. “I wasn't assigned to investigate the academy, I came here of my own volition.” She pauses again. Perhaps he didn't know how the Order’s knights worked? “Knights are assigned a mission upon induction. These are not short term goals. They're much more than simple, singular quests. As I said before, my mission involves ensuring the wellbeing of Glayp’nier. And as such, I report to myself.” She shifts her weight slightly. “Besides, I'm interested to meet the rest of your group, I'm sure you all have some valuable information to share.”
Ismay gives her attention to Dethrial as he begins talking about his homeland. She puts a strand of hair behind her ear, and gives him a puzzled look. Nortal… She thinks to herself, waiting for him to elaborate further. Nortal wasn't a place she had ever heard of… Was he making a joke? Did she mishear him? Ultimately the Alv doesn't continue his explanation, which made Ismay even more curious. What a strange man. The Knight reaches into her bag for her journal and begins writing down Dethrial’s information, partly for her own memorization, but also to see if it would draw a reaction out of him. "If you don't mind, may I write this down?" With the limited information, it would only take her a few seconds to get it down on paper...

The thief nods in response to the Alv's concerns, "I suppose they don't need it... who knows why... or maybe they're more concentrated in key areas... Though i'd think the entrance would be one of those... who's to say." Continuing further inside, after the boy leaves, Rauj finds himself generally intrigued by the Knight's response to his question. "THAT'S what you meant by that...?!" He stands shocked for a moment, then begins to mull over the concept. "Huh... I see..." "That is an interesting and rather loose way to run an organization... and she's so open about it... I guess that's one way of 'ensuring Glayp'nier's well-being'. I suppose people would either straighten out in her presence or those who don't want er' around would send people after her, confirming her suspicions and warranting investigation, as long as she can handle what they throw at her..."
He looks her over with a bit more criticism this time as she shifts slightly; natural beauty aside, shes well toned and if the scar on her face was any indicator she had seen her fair share of combat. What caught his eyes the most though, was the lack of weaponry. It drew him to the conclusion of magic, based on her personality. He highly doubted a hidden weapon but didn't push the thought completely from his mind, anything was possible considering the order she claimed to belong to... Especially due to this newfound understanding of how they operate, something he'd like to know more about at another time. Despite her seemingly warm nature, her status and 'she' still had him on edge a bit. Talking to her about it would be difficult for him, but it would be a clear day compared to the mental havoc he struggled through to speak with the group's resident rabbit. "I sure hope so. We had to... split up, so to speak, before Deth and I ran into you. Unfortunately, other than what i already told you, we fell a bit short in collecting any new information. Hopefully they bring a bit more to the table." He shrugs a bit nonchalantly before turning towards the direction of the yelp he figured came from a certain bunny girl, before beckoning them to follow with a casual wave. "Come on then, lets go see what they're up to."

Dethrial keeps his cool as Ismay pulls out her own notebook and beings to take notes obviously intrigued with his lack of substance in his words. Damn, I was hoping she would leave it at that, she might be a problem later. "Well, I really don't mind miss. I'm a stranger to this land and just about everything in it not to sure about the people but the food sure is great." Dethrial keeps his body language in check and stance relaxed as he spoke to her, a smile playing on his lips and his eyes remained warm and joyful. When J begins to move in the direction that Selene's squeak came from and waves them forward Dethrial moves with him and pulls out his own notebook and pen and looks back her with a small laugh. "Hopefully we can take this interrogation on the go and would you mind me sketching you as we walk? You have a very interesting look and I'm someone who remembers best with pictures."

Following Rauj the group continues moving down the hall, leaving the Kid to his own devices and planning to rejoin the others. Despite all his best efforts Dethrial doesn't manage to fake any kind of calmness and comes across rather forced.
The group heads towards the nearest stairs when Rauj and Dethrial spot a familiar face climbing the wide stairs next to them. To Rauj it's the woman from the Info desk, and to Dethrial the very same woman is also the attendant from the Arena that handled his registration. She heads up holding a stack of papers in crossed arms and wearing a academy staff uniform.
As the group finally gets upstairs there are no signs of the rest of the group, nor Selene who had just moments prior yelled about dancing.
The woman stops infront of one of the offices and knocks, waiting a moment, before opening the door. As the door opens the group can get a glance of Reymondo standing in the room with two strangers and looking very pissed off.
